Both Robert Rainone and his colleague, Rob Spinazolla, performed a thorough inspection of our home recently on a very cold, snowy January day.We have a large home and they spent around 5 hours together on the inspection. They wasted no time and worked very quickly and efficiently. They even climbed onto our flat roof during the inspection. Robert Rainone also gave us a final walkthrough of their findings at the end of the inspection which was very helpful.The online report was incredibly detailed with many photos, diagrams and even some videos of the findings. The report came right away one day after the inspection. Robert Rainone answered all of my many questions during and after the inspection. He also conveyed esoteric home inspection terms to me in simple terms so that I could understand. He also explained to me why certain items needed fixing, which I appreciate.Our house is an older home, built in 1986. So there were 84 items listed on the report. Red items are safety hazard items that should be taken care of right away. Orange items are recommended items. Blue items are maintenance items. Attached are some photos from the report.We are now working on fixing those items so that there will hopefully be fewer issues when selling our home. We plan on inviting Robert Rainone back to our home once the repairs are made for a re-inspection. I highly recommend On Point Home Inspections! read less
