He took the time to educate me on the house systems and made me feel at ease when there were some little bumps in the road. The report is extremely detailed, user-friendly, and provides many pictures for us to be able to go back in reference. Lastly, he was able to fit us in during a tight turnaround time, and we even received all of our reports back that very night. Cannot recommend enough.
